Your lot or one of ours?

Do you already own your lot or do you need help with finding the perfect site for your future home?

Either way, let’s set up a meeting and walk some lots.

At this time, we will also begin the approval and financing process. We would need a bugdet to keep us all aligned throughout the first few steps. As well as following all deed restrictions, and city permits for the site you choose!

Create a plan.

Once we have a site (lot) for your future home, we can now take a look at floor plans. Any floor plan can be tweaked and customized to best fit your family’s needs, but it is best to start with a plan that is close to what you are looking for. We will also go over preliminary estimates, budgets and financing. Budgets will be provided for design elements, such as lighting fixtures, countertops, etc.

Time to build.

Once there is an approved final plan and agreement in place, construction begins. At different points in the construction process, you will meet with our vendors and make selections for different design elements, such as the exterior brick, light fixtures, counter tops, etc. Here is a general outline of the construction process:

  1. Clearing the site and dirt work

    2. Pour the slab

    3. Framing and insulation

    4. Drywall and Finishes

    5. Completion, Final Walk-Through and Closing

We will be with you every step of the way, keeping you up to date on progress, as well as answering any questions you may have.
